No one actually cares about another person's health. Do you have this woman's full medical history? No. You're making an assumption. You just don't like her appearance and use your "concern" to hide it. "Oh I think you're beautiful.... but lose weight so the (completely false) BMI scale tells you you're healthy." And since when has Gaga admited to being healthy? She said she suffered from anorexia and bulimia since she was 15. She still shows signs of an ED and last time I checked, that was not healthy.
