Gaga has opened me up to new things. Fashion and beauty, for one. I have always wanted to be a lady, not the cowering, covered up mess that I've always been. And through my hopes and despairs, the one thing that lingers is the desire to be a writer, even after giving up time after time. So I have decided to start a blog to document my journey and to not only help myself, but with the small chance of helping others, even if just one other person. I will be writing about depression, body issues, music, film, and more. The things that help, the things that don't, and warnings against slipping into my previous self-destructive ways. Instead of sitting around feeling sorry for myself, I feel it's time I do something, however small to begin with. The longest journeys start with a single step, and all that!
