This is indeed a tester, however compared to the standard 100ml, it is much rarer.

I bought it at Sephora, I have one that is black and 50ml I bought this in another city and I got balnco! I said nothing because I was excited! Hahaha hera tester did not know that! * O *

The testers have the same product inside. so you cant say they are better. they are just packaged differently for promotional purposes only.
