There was a kids' TV program (in Finnish) when I was a kid, and there was a puppet dog looking a lot like this. His name was Ransu, IIRC. A bit hazy when I go that far back in time. But Fozzi is absolutely adorable! And seems very kind-nature too, although I bet there's a bunch of barking, too... <3
