Every look thrown on me feels like judgment, every person looks like teaser, just because... from time to time i let couple of pound, and few acnes to disturb my self loving balance. This is my BODY REVOLUTION !!!

dude i know how hard it is to have acne, i had it my whole life and it just makes you feel so bad about yourself, but you will eventually grow to not care as much like i did :)

It is okay and normal to feel or let people make you feel like shit sometimes. I feel like shit sometimes. Our emotions whether high or low self-esteem make us awesome. While I suppose people should exercise, people worry too much about fatness. Everyone should stop freaking out about each others weight and just enjoy food and life. Like you seem to sometimes do. I think that our relationship with our body is a process. Body revolution.

You will be ok and I promise it gets better. The acne will get less and the super focus on image should lessen too as your world expands.

i am 33 and i have still acne.i found out that food is the causes.some found when i not eat it,it is gine...so maybe you have to look in youre eatinghabit..i got ane from milk and some cookies.....xxx be strong youre not ugly!!!!!!

I understand what you mean. When you hate yourself you believe everyone else to hate you too. Every time someone looks at you it feels like they are judging you. But you've just got to stay strong and realise that most of the time they aren't, and if they ARE judging then it's their own problem. You work what you have and don't give a shit what others think :) it's the key to happiness.
