I'm so skinny because of depression. Trying to gain some kilos, but it just stays at 55kg and nothing. Do you have any secrets how to gain weight, Little Monsters? Body Revolution

You can get protein shakes or drinks like boost to supplement what you eat. Make sure that you eat all your meals for sure.

Hey Buddy, I am like you, except I'm almost 40! I work out in the gym very hard 3 times a week and I drink a protein shake everyday, but I still have only made minor gains over the last year or so. However, I feel so much healthier! I think you should just accept what God gave you and save yourself the torture of trying to gain weight in the gym as it's a LONG road for guys like you and me. I think when we are really old we'll realize that this is a blessing, but I know it's hard to hear or understand that right now (I still don't). Good luck.

I have always been the same! It's definitely doable though. Eat lots of protein and do a bit of exercise every day. Sit ups, push ups, buy some small weights. It sounds like a lot but just work it into your daily routine and you'll eventually get there :) you're young anyway, your body will naturally grow in the next few years.

My cousin has always been underweight, his doctor told him to drink at least two high-protien shakes every day - one with breakfast, one with dinner. Over the past year, he's gained some weight and looks really healthy! He's also 19 now, so his metabolism has slowed a little from what it was in his high school years! You don't look unhealthy though, so don't worry if you don't gain right away!
