I used to way 310 pounds I had a gastric bypass I lost 269 pounds . I got very sick and became to small for my heart to take care of. I almost died. I finally new I had to do something to get stronger and work instead of sleeping 16 hours a day. I went from a 10 to a 18 by lifting stock at a grocery store near by but my boyfriend was not happy. ya know I said whatever and saw that I was a beautiful no matter what. And to those who cut themselves I did that to . It was part of screaming out for help but hoping no one was listening....I have been there and now that I am 38 I want the kids to understand you are loved maybe not at home but there are so many people out there that understand you....I love you ....and always have....
