This is what it is to be fat... this is 200lbs... it breaks my heart that people have a 'fat' image of themselves, when they are not fat at all. I don't seeing myself like this. Maybe its time for a change. I want to be brave.

ow i feel you,ithink i have the same problem as you.....i am fat and weith more then 120 kilo...that is really fat....i wish i had the body off a 20 year old girl that has 10 kilo's overweight...i wish......

Me too. I look at some people who think they're fat and think "you think YOU have a fat problem?! You don't even have any rolls. I have fat rolls!" Ha! So I agree with you on that. I wish you well on your quest to lose weight, but don't withhold love from yourself until you reach that ideal weight. Love yourself now. I know it's hard, but that's what being brave is all about. I'll stand with you.

I totally understand you hun. I've gained so much weight in the past 6 years and its hard for me to look at myself in the mirror a lot of days. I was 220 at my heaviest, and am only 5'4". I've lost 15 pounds, but its slow because I'm finally trying to do it the healthy way. If you ever want to talk please message me. I'm here for you, and I know how it feels! You were brave enough to post this, and this is the first step to a new you!
