I´ve been struggling all this last years with my acne marks but Gaga you teach me to believe in myself so im so grateful for it. im not perfect i´m a human being

I know how you feel! I'm 23 years old and still suffer from acne and scars. behind it all though you begin to ignore the spots and realize you are beautiful <3 :)

most of this year i have suffered from it and i now have acne scars all on my cheeks and i dont want leave the house with out my makeup on

I don't suffer from acne but I pick at my face anyway. I have actually created the condition where it never would have existed before. I think that I tried to disfigure myself so that people would not have high expectations of me and pressuer me about my looks. I was bulimic for years and picking my face was the self-destructive behavior that accompanied the eating disorder. I am in my mid-thirties and although I have kicked the eating disorder, I cannot kick the picking habit. Whenever I have anxiety I take it out on myself by picking at my face. I am desperate to stop this habit. So, while you have acne, just do not pick it. Treat your face lovingly and let the condition remind you of how human you are and how young you are. The acne will heal. When I look at your cheek, you look healthy and beautiful. Your acne is not so bad that other people cannot look past it when they look at you. If I saw your face in person, I would not even be struck by your condition. My face looks much worse and never had acne to begin with. I also have melasma. Dark splotches on my face. Try having spots that look like age spot from a young age.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Avoid take away foods and surgery drinks. GET OUT OF THE HABIT OF TOUCHING YOUR FACE. There's plenty of pimple creams out there. Wash your face in the morning and before you go to bed. Change your routine.

You are so fuckin brave. Believe it or not, I have just as much acne, and I feel so self conscious about it and I hide it with my bangs, but Gaga has made me braver. You are a great example to us, thank you for having the courage to post this <3 PAWS UP

You know, I never got acne as a teen but now as an adult I have it. I take meds for it but I still get some acne. Don't feel ashmade because a lot of perople are in the same boat.

Its easy to erase acne... All u need to do is go to the skin doctor and meet the doctor.. Cuz i suffered that for a year and now its aalll goone and much much better.
