I don't think adoption agencys are aloud to deny couple because they are gay. As long as they meet all the requirements they get approved. Maybe because they aren't married but idk.

you guys say that about america, but on other countries adoption conditions are not that selective and the bottom couple might actually get a baby, and of course the top one would be out of question because of S. Orientation, anyway, the world's messed up.
