yes its a little off but if you try to think of it out side the box or if you smoke a little something then look at it you may see something else that it is saying. Lady Gaga has a way of seeing things that only a few in this world can. With or without drugs she can do this. Most people with very high artistic abilities can do and see things in a way others cant. Its a gift and a curse. If you go to some fashion shows some of the shows are very gruesome but its called art. It makes the world unique and the people in it. Lots of art shows have the same type of feel to it as well. You know people that think up some of this stuff make some of the best horror movies that i am sure you have payed lots of money to see time and time again. I dont hear anyone saying "wow the person that made this film is weird or questionable" Lets face it there are some VERY VERY disturbing movies out there. And someone thought of it with there imagination! :) just saying :)
