tomorrow is a round 2 for a vocal competition. ive been sick and voiceless for three days. am supposed to sing my immortal by evanescence and am a bit nervous that my voice wont be where it needs to be not about performing in general. there is a lot at stake...a recording contract, three thousand dollars, a meeting with a representative from virgin records, a fully produced album, and a showcase. the producers are impressed with me so far. a friend of mine actually placed a few years ago and they were pumped to hear that i went to the same vocal coaches as she had. i just dont want to let them down and i really dont want to let myself down. it means so much to me to be able to win as music is the only thing i want to do and the only time things make sense for me is when im on a stage. basically, a little monster love would be greatly appreciated and if you can find it in your heart to pray for a stranger, this stranger would gladly appreciate it.
