you might just need to use the same credit card u bought them with, the day of the concert just bring that card and they will scan it u probably ordered flash tickets without knowing, last year i ordered mine and was waiting for them till i checked in the email they sent and i found out i ordered flash tickets so dont worry just make sure thats the case and i hope u get to see mother monster's amazing experience...

Did you buy the tickets online from the site of the venue? cuz in my contry somtimes you have to pick the actual ticket the day of the concert at the box office and also when I get a confirmation email for my purchase its writen (in VERY tiny letters) that the ticket may arrived even 24hour just before the day of the show (yours is sep.4 right?)

If you wanna solve your problem with tickets is not Gaga you should call it's the guys where you bought the tickets. Gaga can't do anything about this.
