So lately, even though none of us can vote, my peers, gay straight christian and agnostic, have been arguing over Obama or Romney. Even gay and black people, women and atheists, are going for Romney because Obama didnt do much in 4 years. Yes I know the bailouts may have failed. But, people seriously need to know 2 things: 1st, republicans should know better that THE church, sinful in its own fault, is NOT the state! 2nd, TRUE change tends to take a very long time. Lady Gaga had 21 years before she first played Lollapalooza. The American Revolution lasted 8 years. The Civil War,5. The Great Depression 10-20 years on how u c it. The Civil Rights movement 20 years. The Vietnam War 12 years. Women's rights over 150 years. And of course, gay rights since the sixties. I'm a very passionate 15 year old who has been swept into all of this crap. I respect ur right older Monsters 2vote Romney or Obama. But, since I'm bi, and I know the Republicans want 2eradicate us, and even though me or my peers cant vote til 18, dont hate on Obama cuz he's black with a lot of shit to handle.
