I just went through this a few years ago. What I did was clung to what i had left. I looked at the positive side. I tried to write music, poems , and letters (that i never sent, just to blow off some steam.) But I found art thats how I got through it. So I guess my suggestion would be just as emily said go to your room and do stuff that you love to do and cling to what you do have left. It's hard and has a long healing process but stay strong and yes breathe:) If you ever need someone to talk to I'm here:)
Breath. My family was ripped apart by divorce because of another woman. Just take a second and breath, be there for each other and don't put blame on anyone remember that it takes more than one person to do this. Hating other people (which is what I did right away) is so detrimental to yourself and those around you. Breath is the key thing, go to your room and listen to music, read, write, do whatever will help clear your mind.
