An idea to stop spammers in chat?

Maybe there should be something in chat to prevent someone typing the same thing twice within, say, 1 min? I don't know how difficult this would be to do but I'm pretty sure there is already something similar in terms of commenting on posts... Just an idea. Please like if you agree :)

Perhaps prevent people from copy and pasting multiple times? Cuz this Madonna/Nicki Minaj/Gaga hater just got his/her invite today, and has been spammin chat rooms all day. And me and fellow monsters have reported but nothing's happened. >:cg

Using CAPTCHA, if some little spammers keep posting links, they will be required to input CAPTCHA. And if they continue to do that, they will be banned from chat.

maybe just prohibit putting links there? so people can't send them?
