just a note to my darlings

hello my lil angels! i hope your all having fun on the site! I'm getting ready for the helsinki show. Thank you so much to all the Estonian monsters who organized the bubble choreography in the monster pit! It was so sweet! #BUBBLEDREAMSFOREVER I'm feeling really good today. Feel very happy. I love my new hair! so many possibilities, i feel like a blank canvas again, upon which ARTPOP can wreak havoc. Im also working out a ton, losing weight, and thats making me feel even more motivated. I just wanted you all to know Im thinking of you. I love you monsters. Love, LG

I want to mention something about losing waight and doing stuff, and heaving lost of energie. When people need food, the body starts creating energie, so it can go hunting for food.. when the body is full, to full afther diner, people takes a break, and people feel tierd, and some times even go to sleep.. all the blood, goas to the stomage to diges.. So feeling energied, is not persee a token, that you are in balans, with your body and food and energie reserve.. So take notive of this, and wach it happening, then you can learn, use this energie, when loosing waight, but also, regocnice in time, when your body collapses, and you get sick.. and very tierd.. then you have apointments, and you do not want to let people down, or break contracts, so you keep it on.. then some day, your body will turn against you.. so Please, Please.. take care.. i suggest, you take a year of vacation, from touring.. maybie little tour.. but really easy, for a longer time, before you burn out darling, it's all up to you, and in your hands.. I did have a burnout thing whatever, and it's live changing.. so don;t go there MissGaGa, and listen to your body.. lots of love.. (eat anitoxidants and iron and vit c, and get some vit E and B also.. B is always good for collapses or having trouble with bad times. my mom is a nurse, and she swears over multi complex vit B, when working real hard.. so she keeps...
