My fellow Monsters have been celebrating the anniversary of Joanne, a record I was not previously familiar with. Wow, so brilliant! I’m typically a three to four listen kinda guy to really lock into a record and yet here I am—first listen and I am enamored. So exciting, so brilliant. Love you Gaga! 😘

And, of course, people who make them—that’s probably not my gift. I am attaching a link to a few tunes, somewhat reluctantly, only because it’s part of a forth-coming album and much had changed since I produced these 3. In fact I can’t wait to finish this record so I can get onto the next one, which I expect to be quite different all around. That’s something I love about Gaga—each record is quite unique. My influences run the gamut; from James Taylor to Lady Gaga, Madonna to Queen, Prince, Bowie, the Police, Paul McCartney, Genesis, The Beatles, Dire Straits, Taylor Swift, The Kinks, Peter Gabriel, Shania Twain, Buddy Guy, Neil Diamond, Sting, I could keep going in for hours. All of those artists had an impact on me. I like Teddy Swims, Luke Bryan, Keith Urban, Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan. And please tell me about yours? As someone who writes, plays, and produces music I am very much a student of my craft. I always enjoying about other peoples’ insights. But to be clear, Lady Gaga is very much at the top of this list and I am grateful to her and all the Little Monsters for making us all better! ☺️
