I absolutely loathe the idea of stealing the life of an animal, that NO ONE has the right to do so, for the sake of having a materialistic possession. Sadly, we live in a society that does not recognize the life of an animal as equally important of that of a human being's. Life is a precious thing that is experienced only once for every single last one of us, animals included. These animals shouldn't have their only lives in this world be squandered because someone thinks they would make a "pretty" coat, or "sexy" boots. I understand there is a food chain, and the theory of survival of the fittest, but it's a whole other story to kill for sport, fashion, or any other human luxury. However, this is a philosophy I choose to live MY LIFE by. I'm not going to sit behind a computer screen and call everyone who disagrees with me a monster (no pun intended). Do whatever you want in life, and if you can look in the mirror at the end of the day and feel happy about how you're living your life, then good for you. Not everyone has the confidence to live their life the way they want. You let me be me, and I'll let you be you.
