As we all know, Lady Gaga has been asking us to submit sketches, videos and emoticon designs for her... What if she wants us to 'create' what her new album will be too? Maybe she will ask us to submit instrumentals for 'ARTPOP' and then she will choose the best ones and add her lyrics/vocals. So it will be an album created by and for Little Monsters. She has said several times that ARTPOP could mean ANYTHING, so why wouldn't it be OUR album?
