I Had A Bad Day. I Need Monster Love :c

Guise. It's been a super frustrating day. I have problems at work (i.e. VERY few hours, manager is a superfuckingdoucheheadasswipefuckface) then, I made a cake for my cousin's birthday party only to find that my aunt's son lied to her about giving us though more for it, therefore keeping me from getting paid. Next, I've been trying to lose weight and I've been doing really well lately but I gained a pound this week. I've been doing all the right things and I don't understand how I gained. To top it all off, my emotions have been running super high all day and I've found myself on the verge of tears for no reason multiple times today.

ok...so if you haven't lost the weight...you might have hit a plateau...that happens...you gotta change up what you're doing so that your body is forced to change with it...work out more or cut back on calories. second of all.....the economy sucks right now....probably will for a long time. just keep focused on you and let the rest of it go..chin up and good luck Andrew :)

We've all had those days when things just happen to be going wrong. Don't dwell on it at all, this stuff just happens and there are lessons to be learned. Now you know not to do business within the family. That most never works out, you either do it for free or don't do it cause family and money equals big drama. As for gaining a pound, it's not an indication that you've done something wrong or that you failed. To begin with, we cannot always adhere to our goals (such as losing weight) because life gets in the way. So we not always have the opportunity to work out or eat a healthy meal, you should give yourself some leeway and not aim for perfection because it’s just stress. Not to mention that when you begin any exercise or diet regiment you will see some weight gain before you see lose. That is because your body is building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. The only true indicator of weight loss is your body shape. Pay attention to how your clothes fit on you

Don't feel bad. Things happen for a reason. I have been feeling like that lately. Hope you get better and don't worry. Just hold your head up and be brave love yourself. :) Monster Love. <3
