Before Gaga artists focused on being sexy/beautiful, nowadays it's over the top. I wouldn't say they're copying Gaga, but more Gaga has influenced the style of Pop music? :)

1 picture: yea it does seem like minaj was going for an over the top outfit to get people talking (about how bad it is lol). 2nd picture means nothing... all she has is something that almost resembles a turban because her theme in "who run the world" was in west africa, 3rd picture: lady gaga sure didnt invent making an O and putting it over your head. lol and bionic was a flop. 4th picture: we get IT katy perry loves gaga but she was going with an alien look for e.t. 5th picture: rihanna has been doing similar stuff like the after picture in her good girl gone bad era.. have you seen the music video for umbrella and disturbia??? lesson here today is to not compare lady gaga to other people because gaga wants to make a name for herself.
