Well, although I think he said this harshly, he is right. As a Madonna fan, I've been put off by how she has been to Gaga, and then to make an album like MDNA? you can tell the album wasn't genuine, she just wanted to sell and album to show that she's still relevent, even against Gaga, but personaly, I think she failed. It's sad to see her dressed as a teenager and even more sad to see her acting like one, and even MORE sad to see that she writes music like one. I'm surprised about what Elton said about how she should of made an album like Ray Of Light. I thought he didn't listen to her music, but I guess he must have to know what Ray Of Light sounds like. He must have listened to MDNA to know what it sounds like as well. I think it was also surprising how he says should have, "just been a great pop singer and made great pop records, which she does brilliantly." He kind of called her brilliant, which makes me think that he's not realy bitter about her, he just knows what's good music and what's crap.

no hesn't on the right, because if we wanna or not, madonna made the POP history, and i cant belive 80% of LM call her OLD, because gaga too, one day be OLD, madonna made the POP history, and is a ipiration for all the puttan pop....i think elton is mooore boring at house....

GO ELTON!! Maybe using the c*** word went a little too far. But in my personal opinion Madonna is trying to continue her career but I just think she had her time in the spotlight and it's tine for her to leave. Let other artists (like Gaga) have some time to shine. Madonna had her ride on The Fame roller coaster and now it's time for some other artists. In all, I agree with Elton!!

It's about time that someone called Madonna on her crap. I'm sorry, but she has just been so horrid and demeaning to Gaga in the media. On the other hand though, I am old enough to remember that Madge and Elton have been at each other for years and I do think that he was just standing up for the godmother of his son, despite the fact that they are all super famous. If M just shut up then people (and Monsters) wouldn't feel the need to jump to Gaga's defense. Just my opinion guys xx

Some people may agree with what Elton says about what Madonna should have done. but still nobody should be that cruel about someone by calling them a c*** and adding more insults. It's unnessesary.

Well, she couldn't have made more records like Ray Of Light. Okay, I love that album, but Madonna, as any other artist, is free to make the music she wants, nobody should tell her what to do, so if she decided to change well she has the full right to do it, no matter what others may think. I don't like MDNA, but Elthon is none to tell her what to do! Sorry!
