In my opinion, the rate at which people get any form of cancer via smoking cigarettes is very high, which means she shouldn't do it. It can kill her. Now smoking Marijuana is a completely different animal. It is not tobacco, it doesn't have any of the cancer causing chemicals that are in cigarettes, meaning the rate of marijuana causing cancer by itself is slim to none. Let her be if she wants to smoke weed, its not killing anyone. Really it isn't. But cigs, GAGA GET OFF THAT SHIT

There are lots of things that a not healthy, but still legal, and indeed pleasurable. It is up to every individual to assess and accept the pleasure that these practices give us to the damage that they cause us. There is no point in living forever if that existence gives no pleasure. I love to smoke, I accept that this will shorten my life line, but I believe this is offset to the pleasure smoking gives to me. I get that smoking is bad, but she has to have so much pressure on her, and the fact that she doesn't chain smoke, I think that I can let a cigarette here and there pass. x.x
