Confused about times ? hhaha

What time does the show actually start? On my order of tickets it says half 7 but on here it says 1pm-11pm ? Is that the time where you can start being let in or is that the time of the show? Please help :P

I'm glad I'm not the only confused one! Haha, so to clarify about 7? Would love to queue up but we are travelling from Wales :D

On my ticket it says doors open at 4:30pm, i'd imagine the show starts about 7-7:30 :) x
