I wonder why men in congress have very strong opinions on abortion and contraceptives. It’s a woman’s body, they should be the ones making the decisions, not men. You don’t see women making decisions on infant circumcision. Women seem to be way more rational and I would probably feel better about America if we had a woman president and female congress leaders. #YouFeelMe ?

As a nurse with many years of experience and Doctorial level of education, I have seen a lack of women in many areas of employment or occupation. Abortion will always be a religious versus political venue. I have seen so many women who have been raped. Should they be able to have an abortion? Women must stand up for both individual and group rights. Remember, it was not too terribly long in terms of time that women were allowed to vote. We just have to be involved bur appropriate in our endeavors. Great discussion topics.

Well I think the problem with the abortion topic is that there is no clear line when a fetus is considered a human. Some people's view is that the fetus is a person as soon as it's detectable, while others think the fetus become a person much later in the pregnancy. Due to this unclear line some think abortions are murder while others don't. I see both sides of the argument. Honestly I don't care whether or not we have a woman president or political leaders. I more care about what they can do to help improve the country, not just because they are a woman. I would like Hilary Clinton to be president because I think she can do a lot of good for the country.
