CHAT SPAM SOLUTION

there should be a button for individuals on chat when THEIR spamming and bullying/hate is overwhelming .. you press it. when they get a certain amount of 'hits/complaints' they should get a time out from typing or a boost from chat for however minutes long. it could help! you agree?

Maybe there should be some sort of delay system were chat is slowed down, using a queing system. Otherwise just limit the amount of posts people are allowed to post when gaga is in a chat room e.g 5 comments per 5 minutes allowing everyone to have a chance to ask questions and give responses but eliminating serial spammers!

or just have block or hide button that makes more sense like just block the user so you cant see them or who ever is the host of the chat should be able to kick them from the chat and they cant rejoin it
