The original concept video doesn't exist. They got into a conflict due to creative differences on the second day of shooting which means not all the video was shot. Which means that there are only a few filmings from day 1 which makes it useless because the whole video has not been shot.

you realise that the "original" concept for the video was never made? so it is impossible for her to publish it. You would be better off asking for the second version of Born This Way or the extended version of Judas.
