I work in a flipping call center at an electric utility company. I get yelled at all day by people who get shut off for non-payment and tell me its my fault. Or when there is a power outage, they yell at me because they cant get into their home because their garage wont open -- because you know, like all other "normal" people, they dont carry around with them the keys to their house..... -_- Haha!
