I love Lady Gaga. She's taught me so much. Ever since I came out to my family, I've been crying every night because I felt the rejection. I was physically and emotionally abused by my parents. I was thrown into a trash can by my own father when I was in 1st grade, and I've been told by my parents to go die somewhere everyday. She's inspired me so much and I cannot express my love for her through just words. Every time I get harassed by people or my family, I think of Gaga, and it makes me feel so much better, and more secure. She's helped me combat suicidal thoughts, and made me realize that I'm not a freak. I hope one day I can meet her and pour my heart out to her, and tell her how much I love her, how much she has inspired me, tell her how great and beautiful she is, tell her how every time I watch her interviews, I cry. I hope one day I can empower youth and the world like how she has, and fight prejudice and discrimination. Thank you, Gaga for all you've done for me.
