Just an idea, but I think you should hire some people to moderate the chat rooms. That way when Gaga is in a chat and it's super hectic with all the spammers, the moderators could kick out spammers and people who actually want to have a normal conversation with Gaga could get the chance to do so. They could get some badge or something beside their names on their profiles to indicate that they're a moderator. What are your thoughts? Comments? Questions? Concerns?
