For those of you who don't know, on you tube, there is such thing as "certified artists". A Certified artist is an artist whos music videos have each been viewed over 100,000,000...Only few artists have achieved this goal, such as Katy Perry And Justin Bieber. I think it would be awesome is Gaga became a certified artist, she would receive an award and all that. Wouldn't that be great? So who wants to join me on operation make Gaga Certified?
