I have tried to get on that chat and it's almost impossible. To make things worse, it is full of people spamming. If I ever got on that chat I would ask a question like "how are you doing" or "how's life", not "GIVE US THE NEW SINGLE!". Ask her something meaningful. Lets make her proud of us rather than disappointed. Don't make her feel like she has been wrong about her fans.
