@Scott Emerson: It's a whole bunch of things. SHe probably does loose some weight for videos, but she's also said (i believe it was at some eating disorder conferance or something, I forget) that there's a lot of special effects used in the videos, photoshoots, etc that make her, or any other pop star, look skinner than they actually are.
