How can I forget someone that I love but he doesn't love me?

Paws up guys! Does anyone has a suggestion for me to forget someone that I love but he doesn't love me? It's driving me crazy. It has made me so sad. I really don't know what to do. Specially when you are 23 years and this is your first love. :(

I think an important thing to do is think about their flaws instead of the good times/ their good qualities you liked about them. When we are in love it usually idealize the person and they're usually not as great as we make them out to be :)

Story of my life brother! i fell for my 1st love when i was 19 and i was still holding onto him YEARS later but once i began to focus on myself, build myself selfesteem back up (which he took along with my heart lol) and began seeing other guys you learn that theres a whole wide world outside of this person! look its easier said than done, but i gaurentee once you give it a shot you will see what i mean. hope this helps. I agree with David. Once you focus your attention and love on YOURSELF, you'll be ready to love once again, and you aren't even supposed to look for Love, because, trust me, Love will find you... paws Up from Italy (:

Well I know it's really hard, I've been through a similar situation and it took me days to forget him, but my solution was thinking about my interests, receiving support from friends and being optimist: you'll surely find another one, life is still long ;) I'm next to you, paws Up!
