Adi Little Monster, if you mean 'she' then it was neither Lady Gaga [aka someone who took the photo or someone from the haus], or the person who uploaded the photo - this is photoshopped. If you have a smartphone and can search the photo by scanning it with the 'google goggles' application the real photograph will be revealed. :)
