I think the best way to stay positive is in general finding the little things that make you happy, even if its just for a while. It doesn't have to be something profound like meditation or zen garden growing. It could be as immature as looking up funny videos on Youtube, going out with your best friends, or watching a movie. I think by getting through each day with a positive outlook without dwelling too much on the future fears and dreads we have can really go a long way.
