@ladygaga Hi, there's something that needs to be brought to your attention. In February you cancelled the rest of your tour, which happens. Your health is more important, but the issue here lies in what's happened to me and I'm assuming others. We have still yet to get refunded for our tickets almost 6 months later. Again, hardly your fault, but you should be aware of this. AXS, the company I bought the ticket from, said they'd refund within a month of it being cancelled, which didn't happen. And when we actually called them, the first issue came forth. They said that they couldn't pay out the money because you and your company have it. Which is complete fucking bullshit to be frank, and I'm pretty damn sure that using someone else's name to withhold refunds is even illegal. This is what I wanted to bring your attention to. Now I don't know how much you can actually do to rectify this situation, but if you know about it maybe you can try to avoid AXS in the future somehow. I have no idea how much power you actually have over these things but I'm sure that if you bring it up, maybe measures can be taken. Now I'm a huge fan, I've been since I was 8 years old and Just Dance came onto the radio for the first time, and I know you care about your fans. You care about us and I know you want to do your best, which is why I want to bring this up. I'm not the only one that this...
