On my way back to work after grabbing lunch I noticed alot of cameras around. It's normal for Toronto so I dodged them before I realized that they were snapping @LadyGaga going into the yoga studio a few doors down from my store (Toronto Hemp Company). When she was leaving I invited her in for a tour of our art glass collection. She graciously accepted and I ended up selling her a locally made pink pipe from meGlassworks, which she then modeled for the folks next door at the Vapor Central lounge. She was incredibly warm and accepting. We talked about heavy metal, Rob Halford, and a little bit about the BTW Ball and her recovery. As she was leaving I had to yell at the paparazzi to leave the store. She said she didn't mind them taking pics of her outside but not while she's shopping. As she was leaving I stuck out my hand to say goodbye. She took it and leaned in and kissed me on the cheek. If you asked me what artist I wanted to meet the most I would have said GaGa.
