I think that a lot of you are misunderstanding what @gaga said last night. She is saying that #CheekToCheek is the end of the beginning, meaning that since 2008 to 2014 it has been the beginning of Gaga, the rise. Now she has defined herself as an artist, and therefore she has earned her place in the music world. She's not new anymore, therefore it's the end of the beginning. She is starting the more serious phase of her career, she is not saying she is changing. #artRAVE is a goodbye to the beginning. A goodbye to everything that has happened since #TheFame until now. Now we're onto the next chapter of her career! I don't see anything negative in what she has said. It's all really positive actually. So we shouldn't be anything but happy about this.
