It's not luck OR money for that matter. He lives in southern Cali, and considering that Southern Cali is a popular place for celebs, GaGa is there quite often. So all he does is just drive to wherever she's at and waits in line just like everyone else to see her. He is truly just like any other monster, except he just devotes all his time and money for her. the only time he actually went out of the country to see her was for one of the Aussie BTW Balls. I actually thought it was money at first too, but I chatted with him, and now that I know the truth, I feel like shit, and so should all of you. Not everything you read on the internet is true. The guy just happens to REALLY REALLY REALLY love her. Peace.
